Delete your Job Weather account

In the app

Open Job Weather and go to Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email support@m2q.ai from the email you signed in with, or tell us how you signed in (Apple or Google). We’ll delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in details, all jobs (with their addresses, installer names and numbers, and notes), followed cities, alert settings, alert history and the phones registered for alerts. Backups age out within 30 days. We may keep a record of your consent where the law requires it. See the Job Weather Privacy Policy. Questions: support@m2q.ai
